We are looking for experience in the following skills:
•    A good understanding and practical experience in developing blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. 
•    Experience in working on enterprise grade solutions at institutional clients such as banks or financial market infrastructure institutions such as payment service providers.
•    A desire to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment, where innovation and pushing boundaries is the status-quo. 
•    A passion implementing new technologies at clients to deliver business outcomes. 
Qualifications:
•    Extensive hands-on experience with one or more blockchain platforms: R3 Corda, Hyperledger Fabric, DAML, Enterprise Ethereum, Hyperledger Indy / Aries:
o    Configuring nodes in a distributed network
o    Developing and testing smart contracts (e.g. Java / Kotlin, Solidity)
o    Key management
o    Network architecture and operations
•    Advance software design and development experience in one or more of the following areas:
o    Microservices development in Spring Boot or Node.js (Express, Hapi, Koa, etc) frameworks for service integration and application programming interface (API) development
o    Data design and database configuration
o    Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
o    Functional and unit testing automation
o    Infrastructure provisioning and configuration
•    Experience in taking leading roles in agile teams
•    You have hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
•    You have hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and workflows such as: Atlassian suite, GitHub, VSTS, Jenkins, Octopus deploy.
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentSet yourself apart:
•    You are certified in distributed ledger technologies:  Hyperledger Fabric Administrator/Developer, R3 Corda Certified Developer, DAML Certified Developer
•    Certifications in Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
•    You have project experience working with geographically distributed teams, particularly offshore engineering teams.
•    Experience working on agile projects e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
•    Experience in deploying blockchain infrastructure
•    Experience in cryptography / security 
•    Security certifications (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CEH, GSEC) 
•    Understanding of technical architecture concepts and methods, preferably with project experience in a technical architect capacity.
